v3.2 Resource

IP Whitelist, Unblock & Delisting Directory

Official links for checking sender reputation, requesting IP delisting, resolving mailbox-provider blocks, and registering feedback loops.

Before requesting removal: stop abusive or unauthorized traffic, inspect SMTP logs, secure compromised credentials, correct PTR/HELO and SPF/DKIM/DMARC, clean recipient data, and preserve the exact bounce. A delisting request does not repair the cause of a listing.

Recommended workflow

  1. Read the full SMTP response and identify the provider or blocklist that generated it.
  2. Confirm the exact outbound IP, return-path domain and DKIM signing domain.
  3. Check the IP only on relevant services; a minor list may not be used by the rejecting provider.
  4. Fix the cause and allow normal DNS or reputation propagation time.
  5. Use the official portal below and submit one accurate, concise request.
  6. Restart with controlled volume and monitor acceptance, complaints and queue age.

Important: Never pay an unknown third party that promises guaranteed whitelisting. Mailbox providers do not offer permanent inbox placement, and most reputable blocklists require remediation rather than payment.
